Anker® drilled disc is our proud product. Drilled disc not only perform better in wet road but also renew the brake surface to have faster braking. And drilled disc has more heat radiation surface, we believe it is the most suitable type for vehicles.

Anker® has strict standard of drilling, including sizes, ankles, positions and cross-sectional areas which all calculate by 3D modeling. With life span warning slot and staggered arranged drilling, it can not only increase the braking performance but also be easier to exam the disc.

CR Series  

Anker® brakes specifically design and develop this series for racing, and to match any kind of racing disc.

High Carbon Alloy Material
With perfect parameter, Anker®  increases the carbon content to over 3.6%, and adjusts the ratio of alloy to decrease the vibration frequency and better experience.  

Detail Structure Design
To match CR racing series flange and H-Type floating bobbin tube size, make sure the strength of product assembling. Chamfer of NVH or position of drilling and vanes' structure calculation.  

Stress Relief Annealing
We are willing to spend more time and cost to improve quality. Nearly 24 hours of annealing, it can almost eliminate metal internal stress to ensure the stability.   

Curved Vanes Design
Anker® CR racing series casting is independent, there are 48~73 curved vanes and go through CFD and stress analyst which is different form commercial 30~48 straight or stubbed vanes disc. This series can increase flow rate, enhance heat radiation and the strength of surface that will not deform easily.
